After 31 years of teaching, Roger retired and became an independent producer for his own company, RSVP Productions, a full service video production company. While at Fruitport High School, he developed and taught both the TV Production and Theatre programs. Roger has been at Compass Film Academy since the winter of 2000 where he teaches and develops programming.

Interests/Hobbies: Fishing, playing with grandkids

Favorite Distraction: Sitting on my front porch in the morning or evening, sipping coffee and watching the sunlight dance on the water.
